Speech and Language Therapy in Early Years Setting

We offer bespoke Speech and Language Therapy support for nurseries, preschools and early years settings, tailored to the individual needs of your children, staff team and provision.

Support may include individual or small group intervention, collaborative goal setting, advice around communication-friendly environments and practical strategies to support children’s speech, language and communication development throughout the day.

We place a strong emphasis on partnership working and building staff confidence through both formal and informal training opportunities. This may include modelling strategies within the setting, coaching during everyday routines, workshops, staff discussions and sharing practical activities, games and high-quality resources that can be easily embedded into daily practice.

Our aim is to provide meaningful, sustainable support that empowers staff and helps children thrive within their early years environment.

We are also proud to be part of the Divergent Pathways Collective founded by Kerry Murphy, supporting neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive and child-centred practice across education and therapy services. As part of this we offer training to settings to promote Diverse Pathways in EY settings.
